my stay at the hotel was really pleasant. the previous time i visited folkestone, i didn't enjoy the accommodations nearly as much. this time, the premium king room was spacious and the sea view was breathtaking, exceeding my expectations during this family holiday.

air conditioning was ineffective at times.

I had a delightful time strolling to the nearby lower leas coastal park, enjoying the beautiful surroundings, and was thrilled to discover the lovely promenade just a short walk away, perfect for soaking in the sea views. the room was comfortable and the staff attentive, making it an enjoyable stay overall.

The Deluxe Single Room offered a lovely atmosphere with great shower facilities, and the overall cleanliness was commendable. Breakfast featured delightful food, complemented by friendly and attentive staff. Wi-Fi was inconsistent, and the absence of air conditioning made warmer temperatures a bit uncomfortable. the initial impression upon entering the hotel was marred by a shabby staircase.

We spent one night in a cozy double room with a stunning sea view. The staff were super friendly, especially the bar manager who whipped up a late-night meal for us. Breakfast was tasty, but parking is a pain with those traffic wardens always checking. a good stay with really helpful staff!

Had a lovely night at this charming place. The room was cozy and clean, great for crashing after a busy day. Really enjoyed the breakfast options, loads to choose from. Downside? The bar across the street was pretty loud at night, but that's city life, I guess.

Just had a great time with friends at this hotel! We loved taking a stroll along the beautiful promenade out at sea and visiting the restored harbour arm. The staff were super helpful. The breakfast was tasty. The location is perfect for easy access to the beach and town center. Pro tip, parking is a steal at £5 a day!

I have to mention that the bathroom had a steep step going down to it, and I ended up falling twice! It was a bit surprising, even with all the warning signs.

my stay at best western was quite pleasant! the deluxe single room was comfy with a nice bed. the location by the sea was amazing, just a short walk through a door. i really appreciated the refurbished bathroom, too. it had all the facilities i needed for a lovely night. the climate control was a bonus!
